Our Brief History

We started our enterprise in February 2003, managed the same as business head where we arranged to produce sheet metal, and machined components mainly for automobile sector.

Simultaneously, we started providing needed assistance to small manufacturer’s w.r.t. purchasing, vendor development and raw material procurement. Gradually, it started expanding to as well out station customers for quality systems, supply chain management and also for liasoning jobs. Then, we expanded our team and added expert professionals for maintenance / utility and quality system. Now, we have well balanced infrastructure and team of professionals to provide services as described to the complete satisfaction of our clients.

Some of Major Achievements are as Listed Below :

• Monitored operations and maintenance of the major facilities including Heavy Press Shop, Weld Shop, Tube Mill (high frequency solid state) and reduced operational cost 10 to 15 % continuously for 3 years.
• Sourcing of raw materials (indigenous & imported) such as CR / HR sheets, steel tubes, different grades of steel bar / rod for forged component and also coated sheets / coils for variety of sheet-metal components made viability w.r.t. prevailing selling price.
• Purchase of various production consumables and maintenance spares (rarely available) made available at reasonable cost on right time.
  Awarded various works contracts, AMCs and job-work contracts for timely completion of production targets and also for cost saving.
• Major cost savings observed by optimum utilization of resources and process study, change in process, technology, re-negotiation, re-sourcing etc.
• Achieved cost savings to the tune of 21% through various cost saving initiatives.
• Educated staff to adhere to the rules & regulations notified by Central and State Government and other activities like reconciliation of material with vendors as well as in-house for proper accountability reflecting profit.
• Hold the distinction for introducing new system for storage of production components to handle inventory levels and with easier traceability avoiding unwanted handling and maintaining FIFO.
