Our mentor, Mr. K.K. Rastogi is a judicious and an ardent leader having two and a half decades of experience in the areas of Materials Management and Production Planning with reputed organizations. He has an in-depth knowledge and rich experience for COST EFFECTIVE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT and in purchasing raw materials at competitive price to ensure low input cost. To control the manufacturing cost, tools & fixtures are designed in such manner, which reduces effective machine time and hence LOW COST OF PRODUCT.

Our Mentor is quite resourceful and expert buyer of Maintenance as well production consumables, Fasteners, capital items, tools, zigs and fixtures etc., which helps in controlling the cost of final product. Execution of supply chain management for procurement of bought-out components to meet delivery targets are covered under close monitoring system.

During vendor development, all attention is given on materials and process control to achieve the targeted cost. Each activity takes place, under the close guidance of mentor & expert team. Having knowledge of costing for various manufacturing items, rock bottom negotiation and continuous monitoring system are the major points. In addition to this, hands on experience in handling of quality system as per ISO-9002, QS-9000 and IS-14002 guideline is also there. Moreover, he possesses strong communication, man management, analytical and problem-solving skills, which extensively help in the enterprise and thus benefiting through constructive guidance.
